Cash Management / Real-Time Control / Self-Service Solutions

TestIT is currently engaged in an ongoing major project which involves testing a third party real-time control software product (sales of this product currently exceed €6M). The product provides for the control and management of several types of cash dispensing and recycler machines, configured within a complex and secure bank network. During the development phase, TestIT has identified and documented almost 500 defects. Work is currently ongoing to resolve the issues raised.
TestIT's detailed ISO9001:2000-certified Product Realisation Process has been used throughout the testing activities and has ensured consistent and repeatable tests and test results.

Performance Measurement for Cash Centre Database Product

TestIT has been involved from inception in the development of a cash centre database product which has for several years been successfully marketed to the Finance & Retail industry throughout Europe, Asia and the US. Recent involvement included the ability to demonstrate that software changes, designed to improve the product, did in fact meet the customer performance requirements and that no new defects were introduced. On this occasion Testing was able to clearly demonstrate that the product, in fact, exceeded expectations and subsequently TestIT's customer was able to deliver on time and with confidence to their customer. As a direct consequence, TestIT's customer was able to generate further sales of their product with enhanced functionality.
