Please allow me to take a moment to commend you for your choice of Test It. They are a most impressive group. All of their contributions--from their creation of a truly useful project website, to their planning and execution of the test effort, to their use of document change control--is most impressive. As you know, I spent nearly ten years in the very process-driven engineering environment of AT&T Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies. During that rather lengthy tenure, I gained both an understanding and an appreciation for good processes put to good use. That is exactly what I see from Test It. They don't give us fluff that looks nice but has little value; they give us deliverables that are clear, concrete, and extremely valuable. What's more, they honor commitments. They do what they say they are going do, when they say they are going to do it.

It is so easy to express praise in passing and forget to do so formally. Given the importance of retaining Test It, I wish to avoid such an oversight. Again, my congratulations to you for choosing so wisely.
